What information does Lolo receive when I sign in with Google?
Your email address and an account ID, so we can recognize you when you sign in. Your email stays private, and we don’t receive your Google password, profile picture, contacts, or messages. More in our Privacy Policy.
Can I play without signing in?
Yes. You can play most games without signing in. Signing in keeps supported progress and preferences with your Lolo account, so they can sync across your devices and be there when you return.
Does Lolo sell my information or show ads?
No. We don’t sell your personal information, use it for targeted ads, or show ads in Lolo.
Where do you keep my progress and preferences?
Some stay in your browser, some are saved by Lolo, and some may be kept in both places. Clearing your browser can remove progress saved on that device and sign you out. It won’t delete information already saved with Lolo.
How can I delete my data?
You can delete your data and settings from Lolo’s settings. Deleting an account is different from clearing Lolo from just one device. If you need help, email hello@lolo.gg.
What information is shared in multiplayer?
People you play with can see your Lolo name, avatar, whether you’re there, and what happens in the game. Sending or opening an invitation does not share your IP address. When members of a private group play together, Lolo may connect their devices directly. This can create a faster, more responsive connection—especially when players are nearby—but it can also reveal your IP address to the other players’ devices. Only join groups and share invitations with people you trust.
Can I adjust how Lolo looks and moves?
Yes. Lolo supports light, dark, and warm-dark appearances, increased contrast, reduced motion, and text-size preferences. You can change them from the Lolo menu.
Is Lolo free?
Lolo is currently free to use. If we introduce paid features, we will explain the price and purchase terms before you choose to buy them.
