Effective
Welcome to Lolo. These Terms cover the games and related features at lolo.gg, operated by Lofty Lotus LLC, a New York limited liability company (“Lolo,” “we,” or “us”). By accepting these Terms, you agree to follow them when using Lolo. Our Privacy Policy separately explains how we handle personal information.
1. Using Lolo
Lolo is intended for people aged 13 and older. You must be at least 13 to use it, including as a guest. If you cannot legally agree to these Terms on your own where you live, your parent or legal guardian must review them and agree to your use.
You may use Lolo for personal entertainment in accordance with these Terms. Lolo is currently free to use. If we introduce paid features, we will explain the price and purchase terms before you choose to buy them; these Terms do not authorize any charge.
2. Accounts and progress
Some features work without an account; others require sign-in. Accounts are intended for individual use. Keep your sign-in access secure, do not use someone else’s account without permission, and tell us if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity you authorize, not automatically for everything someone else does without your permission.
Where email sign-in is offered, keep access to that mailbox secure and never share sign-in codes. Losing access to a mailbox used for sign-in may prevent access to your Lolo account. When you sign in through another service, that service’s own terms also apply. We do not control its availability or account-recovery process. Losing access to it may prevent access to your Lolo account, and we may be unable to recover the account for you.
Progress and preferences may be stored on your device, on our servers, or both, depending on the features you use. Storage is not guaranteed to be permanent. You can stop using Lolo at any time and delete your account through account settings. Account deletion and clearing data on a device are different actions; our Privacy Policy explains more.
3. Playing fairly and with others
Please do not harass, threaten, impersonate, or deceive other players; use unlawful or abusive profile information; access accounts or data without authorization; interfere with the service; or use exploits, automation, or other methods to gain an unfair advantage or bypass access restrictions. Do not evade a restriction we place on your access.
Share invitations thoughtfully. Anyone who receives a valid invitation, including a forwarded one, may be able to see group information and join. Other players can affect a shared game, and group or room controls may let participants change play or remove someone. Keep personal information out of names and other information visible to players. Our Privacy Policy explains information shared through multiplayer, including direct network connections.
We may restrict features or interactions, suspend access, or end access where reasonably necessary to address breaches of these Terms, security risks, cheating, unlawful activity, or harm to Lolo or other users. Where the law allows, we may act without advance notice and withhold details of security or abuse-detection methods. Any notice or opportunity to challenge a decision that the law requires will still apply.
4. Games, content, and feedback
Lolo’s software, branding, artwork, audio, and other content belong to Lofty Lotus LLC or their respective owners. Permission to play does not transfer ownership. Do not sell, repackage, or commercially distribute our games or content without permission, except where applicable law allows it.
Your suggestions and feedback. We love hearing from you. If you send us suggestions, ideas, or feedback, by email or any other way, you agree that we can use them to improve Lolo, freely and without owing you payment or credit. Please don’t send anything you want kept confidential.
Third-party materials remain subject to their own licenses and notices. Those licenses govern the relevant materials if they conflict with restrictions in these Terms. Links to other websites do not mean we operate or endorse them.
5. Availability and changes
We work to keep Lolo running, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access or the preservation or recovery of progress. Features may differ by game, device, or location.
We may update, replace, or discontinue games or features to improve Lolo, address technical or security problems, comply with law, or respond to licensing or operational constraints. We will give reasonable notice of significant changes when practicable; urgent changes may take effect sooner. Nothing here overrides rights you have under applicable consumer law.
6. Responsibility and disputes
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, losses caused by your breach of these Terms, or business losses arising from use of Lolo as a personal entertainment service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, deliberate wrongdoing, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot legally be excluded or limited. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
New York law governs these Terms, except that mandatory protections available to consumers where they live continue to apply. Disputes may be brought in courts with lawful jurisdiction. Nothing here requires arbitration or prevents you from using a court available under mandatory consumer law.
Questions or concerns can be sent to hello@lolo.gg. Contacting us first may help resolve a problem, but is not a condition of exercising your legal rights.
7. Updates to these Terms
We may revise these Terms to reflect changes to Lolo, legal requirements, or operating circumstances. We will make the updated Terms available and give reasonable advance notice of material changes, unless urgent legal or security reasons require a shorter period. We will obtain renewed agreement where required. Changes do not retroactively remove accrued rights.
If you do not agree to revised Terms, you may stop using Lolo and delete your account. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest continues to apply so far as the law permits.
